Created on June 13, 2022 Forza Horizon 3 DLC no longer available for download following Forza Horizon 5 DLC announcement. I purchased the Ultimate edition for Forza Horizon 3 on day 1. After the announcement of the new Hot Wheels DLC for FH5, I wanted to go back and play the Hot Wheels DLC for 3.
The Storm Island Expansion Pack is a DLC add-on for the Xbox One version of Forza Horizon 2. The pack costs $19.99 (£15.99); FH2 VIPs owners receive a 50% discount on the pack price. (See this thread if your discount is not recognized). The Storm Island Expansion Pack is not included in the Car Pass.
Follow these steps: Go to My games & apps. Highlight Forza Horizon 3. Press the Menu button and select Manage game and add-ons. Select the game tile, and then choose Select all to make sure all available content gets installed. Select Save changes and wait for the content to install. Relaunch the game.
I’m not sure if this is going to be of any help, but I’ve read that if you have a download code for the game and/or any of its DLC, it should still work, but I’m not sure if/where those exist for the expansions. Yeah, that does seem to be the case. I just don’t know where I should go to purchase it if it does exist.
