First get rid of the unnessecary clipping masks. Select one of them or set Fill and Stroke both to None in the Toolbar an use Select > Same > Fill & Stroke. Delete the 14 paths. Select Fred & Flo. Recolor Artwork with 1 color and a Pantone Solid library selected will give you PANTONE 877 C.
QUESTION. I'm on a tight deadline and need to convert my complex CMYK document to Pantone (accessed via the dreaded Pantone Connect subscription). Normally, Illustrator allows easy conversion via Edit < Edit Colors < Recolor with Preset, but I haven't been able to find a way to do it with normal Pantone—only Pantone+ CMYK Solid.
