InBig Picture mode go to the settings menu. Select Controller Settings. Check the Xbox Configuration Support. (Note: you will probably need to uncheck this option again when playing a game which does properly support Xbox controllers when streaming.) In the game menu select: Manage Game and then Controller Configuration.
